When a player breaks through the line in 7s some like to gently jog to the line to conserve energy and to run down the clock. It's not always sensible and you won't always hear a player tracking back. In this clip, from the Limerick World Club 7s, a Fijian is brought down inches from the line by a Munster player that was previously gassed round the outside.. Lesson learned!
